Fees for Services
Our office will help you obtain insurance benefits for hospitalization (out patient) for surgical treatment if you choose to become a patient. We will also help assist in obtaining MRI examination if not already performed and deemed necessary. If you have a provider who is helping you already with MRI examination, make sure you have both “sagittal and coronal” MRI examination, with and without an orthotic (bite splint) if you will be obtaining the scan in your locale.
For surgical procedures, our office is a fee for service practice and payment for surgical procedure is expected at time of services.
